Joseph Mezzacca,
Jr. was admitted to practice in New Jersey and the U.S. District
Court of New Jersey in November 1971. He was admitted to practice
before the U.S. Supreme Court in October 1982. Mr. Mezzacca received
a Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers University Law School in 1971.
While at Rutgers Law School , Mr. Mezzacca was a Notes and Comments
Editor of the Rutgers Law Review and was a teaching assistant for
Legal Writing. He served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Nelson
K. Mintz, Superior Court, Appellate Division from 1971 to 1972.
He received a B.S. in Accounting cum laude from Fairleigh
Dickenson University in 1968. Prior to starting this firm, Mr. Mezzacca
was employed from 1972 to 1975 by Porzio, Bromberg and Newman, P.C.,
Morristown, N.J., as an associate attorney.
